TThe hearing on 12/10/03
simply cleared up the following problem.
The courts were not properly notified of the postponement
of the December 3rd court hearing.
Since John Wong did not appear in court on 12/03,
a bench warrant was issued for his arrest,
and all of the scheduled court dates were erased
from the calendar,
and his bail was revoked.
The 12/10/03 hearing reinstated his bail,
cancelled the bench warrant,
and set new calendar dates out further in 2004.
