We just found out at 6pm tonight 12/02/03
that the Pre-Trial Hearing
scheduled for tomorrow,
12/03/03, 19th month, 24th Hearing
has now been postponed until
12/10/03
because the Public Defender
is going to be out of town.
So we are scrambling to let everybody know ...

We are now officially dumbfounded ...

We still believe a Trial is still scheduled for
1/13/04, 20th month, 25th Hearing,
