"Know, that the light don't sleep ..."

At the Preliminary Trial Hearing,
the 22nd Hearing,
on September 30, 2003,
the hearing was rescheduled.
We were told that the Public Defender was pregnant,
and a new Public Defender was assigned to the case.
An extension of time was requested and granted.

Preliminary Trial Hearing,
the 23rd Hearing,
now set for October 15, 2003

A Criminal Trial,
the 24th Hearing,
is still set to begin October 24, 2003
