Arraignment Continued again ...
After more than six months since Jess's death,
the Public Defender still needs additional information ...

Perhaps John and his family just needed some time,
to celebrate the holidays ...

He has been out on bail since June,
and has been excused from attending the last five arraignments,
due to the inconvenience it causes for him and his family to be there.

Hopefully we can move forward
 in next year's arraignment
Scheduled for 1/2/03 ...
